Back in 2012, Housing Hand launched offering a rental guarantor service in the UK. Their aim, was to help students and working professionals avoid having to pay their rent upfront or put down large deposits.

Since then, they've gone on to become the UK's largest rent guarantor service guaranteeing thousands of tenancies every year and have helped over 80,000 students and professionals cover nearly £600,000,000 in rent!

Housing Hand approached us via a mutual connection back in 2017. They'd been on such on an impressive growth run that they wanted to start exploring improving their systems and making them more scalable for future growth.

Their workflow was unique, and off the shelf CRMs didn't allow the flexibility to grow and provide the platform they were looking for long term.

Initially, we decided to build an MVP which would replace Housing Hand's current stack with a new marketing site, custom CRM system and integrations into key platforms for finance and payments.

Since the MVP launch, we've helped Housing Hand launch in Ireland, integrate their partners into their new APIs and launched a task management system to improve staff productivity.
